What Are Your 2015 Career Goals?

SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal setting In our career development presentations, we talk about SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal setting as part of your career strategy. It’s a new year. What are your career goals for 2015?

Here are some of our goals for the year:

  • Explore and play around with some of the newer LinkedIn features (i.e. article publishing).
  • Focus on a few subject/topic areas of interest for career development.
LC – Last year, I focused on project management and completed the project management certificate. This year, I would like to focus more on web/technology topics.
  • Refresh and update our web presences and e-portfolios.
  • Clean up our internal files, documents, etc.
