Monthly Method Spotlight: Surveys

When/why: Doing a survey is a quick way to get answers and information from a large number/group of people.

How: Ask questions in order to find out people’s particular characteristics and preferences.

Tips: Doing surveys is a popular method used by many organizations and individuals. However, before you even start doing a survey or decide on what survey tool to use. Ask questions like:

  • What are you trying to find out and why?
  • What is the purpose of the survey?
  • What is the purpose of each survey question?
